This shape is the perfect solution to holidays and dinner parties! Instead of making 100 pieces for 10 people – you can make 10 of these – you get the idea! Simple, fresh pasta dough, stuffed with a classic ricotta filling and shaped into a beautiful rosette! Simply boil (or bake!) and top with flavored butter!
